     Beer Bread

Ingredients
3 cups Self Rising Flour
3 tablespoons Sugar
12 ounces Beer of choice
1 stick non salted Butter
 

Instructions
Prehead oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 4 x 8 pan.
Lightly mix together flours, sugar, and beer into a lumpy batter.
Pour into 4 X 8 pan. Pour 1/3 melted butter over mixture and bake for 40 minutes. Then pour 1/2 melted butter over bread and continue cooking for 10 minutes. Then pour the remaining butter over bread and cook for 10 more minutes.
