In a saucepan, heat first three ingredients until very warm (120 to 130 degrees) lighly spoon flour into measuring cup. level off. In large bowl combine warm liquid, whole wheat flour, 1 cup all purpose flour, sugar, wheat germ, salt, yeast and egg. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. By hand, stir in remain all purpose flour.

Punch down dough and divid into two parts. On a well foured surface work 1 cup of cheese into each part, until eavenly distributed. Shape into loaves., covering cheese. Place into greased loaf pans. Cover; let rise in a warm place until light and double in size. 45 to 60 minutes
