     Crunchy Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1/2 cup Almonds toasted
5 Chicken Breast, cooked and cubed
( will use roasted chicken, rotiserary chicken)
2 Cups chopped celery
( I use only 3 long celery spears)
1 can sliced Water Chestnuts
6 stripes fried Bacon, crumbled
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
 
1/2 cup cour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
black pepper
celery salt

Instructions
Combine nuts, chicken, celery, and wter chestnuts in a bowl. In a separate bowl stir together bacon, lemon juice, salt and sour cream. Toss Sour cream mixture with chicken mixture. Add Mayonnaise. Then add papper and celery seed to taste
Note- This is better if done the day before.
