24 oz pkg refrigerated sweet potatoes or real sweet potatoes

1/4 cup maple syrup

2 Tbl. butter
|

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions |

|
|
Combine all ingredients in microwave bowl, cutting butter into small pieces while adding to bowl. If using fresh potatoes, cook these first.

Cover and microwave on HIGH 5 minutes, stirring once, or until thoroughly heated. Stir and serve.
