Beat lard and sugar into a thick cream. Add egg one at a time.

|
Sift dry ingredients together and add to lard/sugar mixture.
Add small glass of wine or water until you have a soft cookie dough
|
|
|
Roll out on a flour board. Use cookie cutter and bake.
|
|
|
Bake at 350 (preheated) for 10 – 15 minutes
|
