250g Pasta
2.5 litres Water
25 g salt
Few drops of cooking oil

Boil the water. Add salt, and oil.
To the boiling water, slowly add the pasta and continue cooking for approx 10-15 mins stirring occasionally, till pasta is al dente.
Firm Pasta - 10 mins cooking, Soft Pasta - 15 mins, Very soft Pasta - 20 mins.
Drain the cooked pasta and rinse in fresh cold water and keep aside.
