Fill a large pitcher with crushed ice. Pour Lime Simple Syrup and lime juice over ice. Add club soda, and stir gently to combine. Serve immediately.
Makes- 1 1/2 cups Simple Syrup- Cook sugar and 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, 3 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; stir in lime zest and lime juice. Cover and chill 1 hour.
