     Balsamic Vinegrette

Ingredients
2 generous tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 large tablespoon dijon mustart
1 teaspoon light brown sugar
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
 
Instructions
Whisk together the first 7 ingredients. Then slowly add the olive oil, whisking as you add it. Then its ready
