1/2 cup of butter, softened
|

1/4-1/2 tsp mint extract

6-8 drops green food coloring

1 egg

1 cup creme de menthe baking chips

1 cup semi sweet chocolate chunks
|

Instructions |
|
|
|
heat oven to 350. mix cookie mix, butter, extract, food color, and
egg until soft dough. stir in creme de menthe baking chips and
chocolate chunks
|

place cookie dough in balls 2 in apart on ungreased cookie sheet
|
|
|
|
bake 8-10 min, cool 3 min, move to wire rack
|
