     Heartland Vegetarian Chili

Ingredients
6 Cups Cooked Kidney Beans
1 can Whole Tomatoes, Crushed
1 Can Tomato Puree
1/4 Cup Chili Powder
1 tablespoon Cumin
1 Tablespoon dry Mustard
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 Tablespoon Honey
 
2 Tablespoons Soy sauce
1 Onion, diced
1 Green Bell Pepper, Diced
1/4 LB. Mushrooms, Sliced
Grated Cheddar Cheese for Garnish

Instructions
Add all but the last ingredient into a slow cooker. Mix well. Bring the mixture to a boil over a medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer until the vegetables are tender, about 2 hours. Ladle into soup bowls and garnish with cheddar cheese.
