1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak - 3/4 thick

3 T cornstarch
|

1 can beef broth with onion
|

1 T soy sauce
|

1/4 tsp garlic powder

2 c fresh or frozen green or red pepper strips

4 c white or brown rice

Instructions |

|
Slice beef very thin, mix cornstarch, broth, soy and garlic.
|

|
|
Stir fry beef in non stick skillet until browned and juices evorpate
|
|
|
|
Add peppers, add cornstarch mixture. Cook stirring until mixture boils and thickens. Serve over rice.
