     Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. heavy cream
Celery salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder & dried parsley
1 cup (or more) parmesan cheese
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400f. Lightly spray a baking dish with cooking spray. In a bowl add 1/2 C. mayo, add heavy cream and sprinkle the spices in lightly,mix together well and set aside.
In a pie plate add grated parmesan cheese and a few Tbs. of dried parsley. Mix with a fork to rid lumps and make a dusting powder.
Baste both sides of chicken breasts with mayo mixture and then dust both sides with Parmesan mixture. Place on baking dish. Once all of the chicken is on baking dish, cut lil pc. of butter to place around each chicken breast. Bake uncovered for 25 mins or until chicken is cooked.
Serving Suggestions
Served with a salad keeps it low carb.
