     Salmon Mousse

Ingredients
2 x 220 gm tins Red Salmon
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 1/2 Tbs Lemon Juice
Salt & paprika
1 1/2 Tbs Worcester Sauce
1 1/2 Tbs Tomato Sauce
1 Tbs grated Onion or Gherkins
1 Tbs Gelatin dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water
3/4 cup whipped Cream
 

Instructions
Remove the skin and bones from the salmon and flake finely.
Mix together all the ingredients, adding the gelatin and salmon last.
Place into mould to set
