     Crustless Quiche

Ingredients
8 - 10 eggs
½ white union chopped finely
¼ cup red, green or yellow pepper, chopped finely
salt and pepper to taste
celery salt
1 Tbsp. baking powder
½ cup milk or light cream
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
6 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled or
 
½ cup finely sliced ham, sautéed.

Instructions
Beat eggs, milk/cream and the spices and baking powder in a bowl. Add onions, peppers and the meat.
Pour into greased 9x9 cake pan. Add grated cheese to cover top of egg mixture.
Bake in 350f oven for an hour, or until the egg mixture has risen like a cake. Test if it is ready by touching top with your finger, if it springs back then it is ready.
Serving Suggestions
As a breakfast with toast or as a lunch with a salad and roll.
