     BURMESE CHICKEN

2 cups of brown rice
1 cup of diced yellow onions
half a cup of olive oil
1 tablespoon of Hot Curry
1 teaspoon of Red Curry
3/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of chile powder
1 cup of water
2 cups of cooked chicken chunks
 

Instructions
prepare rice as package directs
sauteed the onions in the oil and water
Add 2 cups of cooked chicken chunks
simmer
