2 lbs. sirloin steak
|
|
fresh whole white or bella mushrooms
|
|
2 onions
|
|
1 red, green or yellow pepper
|
|
salt, pepper, thyme, garlic powder to taste

2 Tbsp. butter
|
|
2 pkgs. Peppercorn gravy mix
|
|
1 pkg. Au Jus mix
|

Instructions |
|
|
Slice the steak about 1/8 inch thick. Heat butter in large frying pan and brown the steak slices on both sides.
|

Prepare the Au Jus mix and pour over meat. Add spices, onions and mushrooms, cover and let simmer until meat is tender.
|
|
|
Prepare gravy mix as per instructions and add to meat. Let cook uncovered until the gravy has thickened.
