     Shepards Pie

Ingredients
2 lbs lean ground beef
1 large onion
6 - 8 medium potatoes
1 large can creamed corn
salt, pepper, celery salt to taste,
butter
paprika
 

Instructions
Peel potatoes and boil until tender.
Brown ground beef and add onions, salt, pepper, garlic powder to mixture. Drain the meat in a collander. Using a 9x12 inch baking pan add the ground beef on bottom of pan. Spread the creamed corn evenly on top of meat.
When the potatoes are cooked, mash them using chicken boullion instead of milk. Add butter, salt and pepper, garlic powder to taste and mash until smooth. Spread potatoes evenly on top of creamed corn. Butter the whole surface of the potatoes and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350f. 1 hour or until the juices bubble to the top.
