Set the rib eye steaks onto a baking sheet and set aside. In a small bowl mix together the salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powders. Sprinkle the seasoning all over the steaks (both sides). Let steaks sit for about 10 minutes.

In a small mixing bowl, combine the butter and parsley. Spoon the butter mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap. Using the plastic wrap, roll the butter up into a log and place it in the refrigerator.

Heat the grill up to high and sear each side of the steak for about 2 minutes on each side or until some nice grill marks appear. Move the steaks to the other side of the grill and continue cooking with indirect heat. If wanted, transfer the steaks to a 450 degree oven for about 9 - 10 minutes for medium.
