.25 cup olive oil

.5 cup broth or braising liquid

.25 c balsamic vinegar

.25 c bleu cheese

Instructions |
|
|
Place cabbage wedges into baking dish, cut
side up
|
|
|
Top with onions and carrots
Add olive oil or butter, broth, and vinegar
|
|
|
Bake at 325 for two hours, flipping wedges
after one hour
|
|
|
Top with blue cheese and broil on low for 3-5
minutes to melt cheese to melt cheese and
crisp top of cabbage
|
