Ingredients
1 cabbage cut into wedges
2 red onions
.25 cup olive oil
1 carrot
.5 cup broth or braising liquid
.25 c balsamic vinegar
.25 c bleu cheese
 

Instructions
Place cabbage wedges into baking dish, cut side up
Top with onions and carrots Add olive oil or butter, broth, and vinegar
Bake at 325 for two hours, flipping wedges after one hour
Top with blue cheese and broil on low for 3-5 minutes to melt cheese to melt cheese and crisp top of cabbage
