     Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
8 slices dried, cubed, bread
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 lb sausage, browned and drained
4 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
3/4 tsp dry mustard
1 can mushroom soup
 

Instructions
Place bread in well greased 9x13 pan. Top with cheese, sprinkle sausage over it. Beat eggs, add 2 1/4 cups milk and mustard. Pour over bread crumbs and sausage. Dilute soup with 1/4 cup milk, pour over crumbs. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 1/2 hrs at 300
