     Chicken Lasagna

Ingredients
1 whole chicken
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pkg lasanga noodles
3 cups sharp cheddar cheese
3 cups mozarella cheese
12 cups water
lasagna pan
2 tbsp garlic powder
 
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tsp black powder
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp Tony Chacheries seasoning
1/2 cup low fat milk

Instructions
bring water with salt, garlic powder and onion powder to boil, boil chicken until falling off bone, remove chicken and allow to cool, add lasagna noodles to boiling water and boil 8-10 minutes until soft but not mushy. Remove noodles from water and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes.
Debone chicken removing all cartlilage, skin and bones. Shred into smaller pieces, so that chicken not chunky. Add soups and milk to chicken, then add Tony's seasoning.
Spray Pam on lasagna pan, then add layer of noodles across, spoon in chicken mixture to cover, then sprinkle a layer of each type of cheese. Repeat steps until out of chicken mixture and end with lasagna noodles on top. Add remaining cheeses.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until cheeses melted and bubbly. Remove from over and allow to sit for 10 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
Serving Suggestions
Goes well with garlic bread and salad of your choice.
