1 Pound Ground Beef

1/4 Cup Chopped Onion

1/4 Cup Chopped Green Pepper

1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 Teaspoon Yellow Mustard

3/4 Cup Ketchup
|

3 Teaspoons Brown Sugar
|

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions |

|
Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat, add the onion and green pepper. Cook until they are soft, drain off the liquids.
|

Stir in the garlic powder, mustard, ketchup, and brown sugar. Mix thourougly. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve on split rolls or hamburger buns..
