1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 cup (227g) of unsalted butter
1 cup of granulated white sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract

2 large egg whites
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
3 cups (330g) of confectioners sugar, sifted
