     Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Ingredients
2 kiwis, peeled and diced
2 golden delicious apples - peeled, cored and diced
8 ounces raspberries
1 pound strawberries
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoons fruit preserves, any flavor
For Chips-
 
10 (10 inch) flour tortillas
butter flavor cooking spray
2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar

Instructions
In a a large bowl thoroughly mix kiwi, apples, raspberries, strawberries, white and brown sugar, and fruit preserves. Cover and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Alternate for homemade chips - buy a bag of cinnamon pita chips at the grocery store. One brand is Stacey's usually found in gourmet / natural food aisle.
To make your own chips- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat one side of tortilla with butter flavored cooking spray. Cut into wedges and arrange a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon sugar. Spay again with cooking spray.
Bake in the preheated oven 8-10 minutes. Options sprinkle with a second coat of the cinnamon sugar mixture immediately upon removing chips from oven. Allow to cool approximately 15 minutes. Serve with chilled fruit mixture.
