     sour cream and raisin bars

Ingredients
2 cups raisins
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp cinnomon
3 eggs slightly beaten
2 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1 12 oz sour cream
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup margerine
 
1 3/4 cup oatrmeal
1 3/4 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
Instructions
mix the first 6 ingredients cook together until thick in heavy saucepan using low heat stirring to prevent scorching
mix the rest til crumbly press half of crust mix into 9x13 pan that is greased and floured add filling then sprinkle remaining crust on top
bake 350 for 20 to 30 min watch til set and browned slightly
