     Berry Pear Smoothy

Ingredients
1 8oz container yogurt (I like vanilla)
1 banana chilled
Frozen pear halves (buy canned and freeze)
1/2 bag of mixed frozen berries
8 oz milk
 

Instructions
Add all ingredients to the blender, cutting banana and pears into pieces for easier blending. Blend until VERY smooth. If too thick add more milk. Honey can be added for flavor and sweetness. Better than ANY you will find at a juice bar and VERY good for you!

Drink this for breakfast for a great start to your day!
