     Yoghurt Banana chocolate chip Cake

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter or margarine cut into chunks
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 large bananas ( very ripe!)
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup of plain yoghurt or vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
2 cup flour
 
1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
Process sugar, eggs and vanilla for 2 minutes. Then drops in chunks of banana. Mix until it is very smooth. Meanwhile you must dissolve baking soda in yoghurt. Let it stand for 1 to 2 minutes keep in mind it will get double the size. Then add to batter
Add flour and baking powder mix in quickly.
Bake in a greased pan that is 9inches and square at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until the top is a light brown color.
Serving Suggestions
MAKE SURE THE BANANAS ARE VERY RIPE OR IT WONT TASTE LIKE BANANAS. THIS CAKE IS AMAZING WITH THE YOGHURT DON'T TAKE IT OUT FOR MILK.
