     Stromboli

Ingredients
1 T yeast
1 1/2 c warm waster
3 1/2 c flour
1 T olive oil
1 jar roasted red peppers
half bag of spinach
8 slices provologne
mozzerella cheese
 
italian saugase
sundried tomato peso

Instructions
Mix pizza dough and let rise until double. Roll out onto a sprayed counter. Cover with pesto and then layer the remaining ingredients.
Fold in edges and roll like a cinnamon roll. Place seam side down and brush on egg on a pan lined with wax paper. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 min or until hallow when tapped.
