2 cups cooked, diced chicken (rotissierie works great)

1 cup of red grapes, halved
|
|
1 cup celery, chopped
|
|
2 little bags of almonds
|
|
2 - 3 TB heavy whipping cream
|

3/4 cup real mayonaisse
|
|
salt, garlic powder, pepper; to taste

Instructions |

|
Toast almonds in a small non-stick skillet.
|
|
|
Mix all ingredients together. Add more mayo if needed to reach
desired consistency. Season with salt, pepper and garlic to taste.

You can eat immediately but it is even better when allowed to sit
overnight.
