     Italian Pasta Salad

2 cups uncooked pasta
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped red onion
3/4 cup cubed provolone cheese
1 small can sliced black olives
1/4 lb salami, chopped
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 TB red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dried mustard
3 to 4 TB finely chopped fresh basil

Cook pasta according to directions. Drain. Mix pasta, bell peppers, onion, provolone cheese, black olives and salami in large bowl.
In small bowl mix olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, black pepper, dried mustard and basil. Pour over pasta. Toss to coat.
Refrigerate 3 hours or more before serving.
