     Wine and cheese Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
1/2 loaf Italion Bread cubed
2 T melted butter
6 oz. shredded swiss cheese
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese shredded
6 slices Genoa Salami small pieces
8 eggs
1 1/2 -1/8 Cup Milk
1/4 cup white Wine
3 green onions sliced
 
1 heaping tsp. Dijon Mustard
pepper
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 Cup Asiago cheese shredded

Instructions
Put bread on bottom of 9x13 pan. Drizzle with butter. sprinkle with cheeses and salami. Sprinkle with pepper. Beat together eggs, milk, wine and mustard. Cover with foil. Refrigerate over night. Bake covered at 325 for 1 hour. Uncover--spread with sour cream and asiago. Bake 10 minutes more.
