     Apricot Nut Bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup dried apricot
3/4 cup sugar
2 3/4 cup flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 egg well beaten
1 cup buttermilk
3 tsp. melted shortening
 
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions
Mix all. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
