1 loaf (1 pound) on sliced French bread
|
| |
1.25 pounds thinly sliced deli roast beef
|
| |
1 cup meatless spaghetti sauce
|
| |
1 and one fourth cups (5 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese

|
|

|
|

Instructions |

Cut bread in half lengthwise, cut width-wise into 5 portions
|

|
|
On each bread bottom, layer the beef, spaghetti sauce and cheese.
|
|
|
|
Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
|
|
|
|
Broil 4 inches from the heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted, replaced tops. Makes 5 servings.
