     S'mores Brownies

Ingredients
Crust-
15 graham crackers
1/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4-1/2 c melted butter
Brownies-
4 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
3/4 c butter
 
2 c sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 c all purpose flour
Marshmallow Topping-
Marshmallows
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350; line pan with foil and coat with spray. Make graham cracker crust and press firmly into bottom of pan.
Place chocolate and butter in large bowl; microwave on high for 2 minutes until the butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is melted. Mix in sugar well. Add eggs one at a time and vanilla and beat until well combined. Mix in flour slowly until combined, scraping down bowl in the middle.
Pour batter over crust and bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool almost completely and then add marshmallows.
Just before serving toast marshmallows with hand torch or under oven broiler.
