     Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
10 oz frozen spinach, thawed, well drained
2-3 canned artichoke hearts, chopped
1/2 c grated parmesan
1/2 c mozzarella
4-6 oz cream cheese
1/2 c sour cream
2 cloves garlic, mined
1/4 tsp salt
 
Variation
Substitue feta cheese for as much of the other two as desired

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix everything in a bowl, reserving some parm for topping. Spread mixture into oven safe dish, top with reserved parm, and bake for 18-20 until golden on top.
Serving Suggestions
Bagel chips, toasted baguette slices, etc
