1/2 C milk
|

3 eggs
|

2 C flour
|

4 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp black pepper
|

1 tsp celery salt

1/2 tsp poultry seasoning

4 tsp season salt

4 chicken breasts, halved
|

Instructions |

|
Heat oil in large frying pan on med-high heat. In med bowl beat eggs & milk. In large bowl combine flour w/ remaining seasonings.

Dip chicken in flour, then egg, flour, egg, flour & into oil. Repeat for all chicken.
|
|
|
Brown on each side & remove and place on foiled baking sheet (I put a cooling rack on my sheet to drain extra oil away from chicken).
|
|
|
Bake in 350 degree oven for 15-20 min. Serve with Fried Chicken gravy.
