Place chicken in baking dish. In a small bowl combine ginger, soy, onion, sugar, bourban & garlic; mix together well. (for stronger flavor marinate over night covered)
Pour over chicken, bake, covered in 325 degree oven basting frequently for 1 1/2 hours.
