1 (1oz) package powdered ranch dressing mix
|
|
2 C mayo
|
|
3/4 C chopped green onions
|
|
1 pd cooked sliced bacon, crumbled
|
|
5 pds unpeeled baby red potatoes
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
Bring large pot of salted water to a boil. Add whole potatoes, cook until fork tender, aprox. 15-20 min.
|

|
Drain, cool under cold water, chop into in cubes, transfer to large bowl. Cover, chill about 2 hours.
|
|
|
In a small bowl, stir together ranch mix, mayo & green onion. Cover, chill 2 hours.
|
|
|
Combine 2 mixtures together, add half of crumbled bacon, stir. Add remaining bacon on top & serve.
