     Slow Cooker French Dips

Ingredients
4 pd rump roast
1 can beef broth
1 can condensed french onion soup mix
1 bottle good beer
french rolls
butter
 

Instructions
trim fat off roast & place in slow cooker.
Add broth, soup & beer. Cook on low for 7 hours.
Split rolls, butter & bake 10 min at 350 degrees.
Slice, serve on rolls w/ sauce for dipping.
