     Buffalo Chicken Rolls

Ingredients
12 egg roll wrappers
1 c shredded chicken
1/2-2/3 hot sauce
1/2-1 package softened cream cheese
1 c cheese (cheddar or blue)
1 c plain broccoli slaw
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. Spread out egg roll wrappers.
In a bowl stir chicken, cream cheese, and hot sauce together until well combined.
Assemble by placing slaw, then chicken mixture, then cheese in a pile on a diagonal in the bottom corner of the wrappers. To fold, fold the corner over the stuffing mixture so it points to the center of the wrapper. Then fold in left and right corners to make an envelope shape; roll up and seal with water.
Spritz the rolls with cooking spray and bake for 12-15 minutes until crispy, preferably on a wire rack to ventilation.
