     Crock Pot Mexican Pork/Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb pork tenderloin OR 3-4 chicken breasts
1 jar salsa
1 package taco seasoning
Taco shells for tacos or chips for nachos, plus sour cream, cheese, lettuce, etc for each
 

Instructions
Put slow cooker on low and spray the pot with cooking spray. Coat pork/chicken pieces in taco seasoning.
Layer some salsa on the bottom of cooker; place pork/chicken breasts on top. Pour the rest of the salsa over the pork/chicken, lid the pot, and let go for 6 hours until tender enough to flake apart.
