     Cinnamon-Sugar Nuts

Ingredients
1 T slightly beaten large egg white
2 c. raw pecan halves, almonds or walnuts
1/4 c. sugar
2 t. ground cinnamon
1/4 t ground nutmeg
1/4 t. ground cloves (I don't care for cloves, so I use 1/8 t.)
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 300.
Mix egg white and nuts in medium bowl until coated and sticky.
Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over nuts. Stir until nuts are completely coated. Spread in single layer in ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake uncovered about 30 min or until toasted. Cool completely or serve slightly warm. Can be stored in airtight container at room temp for up to 3 weeks.
Serving Suggestions
These are EXCELLENT in a salad with dried cranberries and blue cheese!
