Mix wet ingredients with a hand mixer. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl and add to wet ingredients. Mix until blended.
Heat up the Pizzelle Iron. Using a small ice cream scoop, drop one small scoopful on each side of iron. cook as directed for your Pizzelle Iron, generally about two minutes.
Makes about 3 dozen Pizzelles.

Change the flavoring to anise or almond for a different taste.
