Put on chowder to heat, put on saucepan of water to boil for corn, put large pot with 1-2 inches of water for lobster to steam, shuck corn, fix salads.
Serve chowder first. Put lobsters in to steam and server salads. Allow lobsters to steam while eating the salads (about 16-18 minutes).
Remove lobsters from steamer, put corn in boiling water.
Shuck lobsters. Corn will be done when lobsters are shucked (at least 5 min).
