Salt vegetables to taste while cooking in a small amount of water, separately.

Drain and arrange half of the cauliflower in bottom of buttered/sprayed casserole. I use a 2.5 quart casserole dish. Add drained layer of half the carrots and half of the cheese.

Repeat with the remaining cauliflower, carrots and cheese.
|
|
|
Top with undiluted can of soup and sprinkle with paprika. Bake 350 degrees until very hot.

I steam my vegetables initially. I use this as a main course or side dish. It has been well received at potlucks.
