Preheat oven to 375
Melt butter in large saucepan.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
|

Drop by 1/2 teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet about 3 inches apart.
Spread thinly with wet finger or spatula.
Wet finger is easier.

|
|
Bake 6 to 7 minutes or until edges turn brown. Let stand about 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet.
Use a wide spatula and transfer to wax paper. Don't wait too long or they will break apart when taken off cookie sheet.
