1 tablespoon butter, salted
|

1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
|
|
1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
|

16 shrimp
|

2 tablespoons tomato sauce
|
|
1 cup heavy cream
|
|
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
|
|
10 ounces angel hair pasta, cooked
|
|
blue cheese, crumbled
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Cook angel hair pasta in rolling boiling salted water until just done and drain, hold hot.
Heat large skillet over medium heat.

Add butter and melt.
Add garlic, spice, and shrimp to pan and saute until shrimp are 3/4 cooked.
|
|
|
Add tomoato sauce and cream to pan and bring sauce to boil (this will finish cooking shrimp and make sauce).
|
|
|
Turn off flame and slowly add Parmesan cheese stirring continuously.
Add hot pasta to pan and stir until pasta is coated.
