     Cajun Shrimp and Pasta (Light Version)

1 tablespoon butter, salted
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
14 ounces shrimp
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
4 wedges laughing cow cheese
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 medium spaghetti squash
1 tablespoon soy milk, as needed to cream up sauce

Cook spaghetti squash per normal instructions, hold hot
Heat large skillet over medium heat. Add butter and melt. Add garlic, spice, and shrimp to pan and saute until shrimp are 3/4 cooked.
Add tomato sauce and laughing cow cheese to pan and bring sauce to boil, add soy milk only if needed to cream up the cheese. (this will finish cooking shrimp and make sauce).
Turn off flame and slowly add Parmesan cheese stirring continuously. Add hot pasta to pan and stir until pasta is coated.
