     Spicy Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
Pork Tenderloin
1 to 3 Tbs chili powder (depends on size of tenderloin)
1 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 Tsp Ground Thyme
1/4 Tsp Pepper
 

Instructions
Combine dry ingredients- rub over tenderloin. Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours if possible. Grill over hot coals for 15 minutes per side or until internal temp reaches 160 degrees. Or bake at 350 degrees uncovered until internal temp reaches 160 degrees.
