Mix 3 cups of whole nuts with 1/4 cup flaxseed, quinoa, sunflower seeds. In seperate bowl, whisk two eggs with 2 tbsp honey, 1 1/2 tsp course salt and 1/4 tsp each cayenne, cumin, and cinnamon. Toss with nut mix. Spread into single layer and back at 325 til dry (approx 20 minutes).
